NEW POLICIES: Garza Online Courses may affect UIL eligibility
Reminder: Student must earn 60 or higher on final exam/project to pass the course.
***Handwritten forms (where typing required) will not be accepted***
If you need to resubmit a form, just fax an application with the necessary corrections and counselor's signature;
we will attach the amended application to the original application.
Below is the application for 2020-2021.
- Students may obtain an information brochure and application directly from their counselor.
- Fall semester brochures, updated course listings, and applications are available early-August. For Spring/Summer semesters, updated materials are available around December 1st.
- Counselors must check eligibility requirements before a student may apply. Students enrolled in Austin ISD in attendance in grades 9-12, may participate in this program. Ineligible applicants will not be accepted
- Counselors must fill-out Parts 1, 2, and 3 before giving the application to the student. Parts 1 and 2 of the application MUST be typed before printing.
- Signature of both counselor and either principal or principal's designee are required.
- Applications must be faxed or scanned/email directly from the counselor.
- Part 5 is required for all health education students.
- Note: Please follow all instructions on how to complete and submit the application form. Illegible, incomplete, or improperly submitted forms will not be accepted.
